The ‘Collection’ is a bi-annual magazine for ‘The Stafford Collection’, an independently owned luxury portfolio of hotels located in the heart of St James’s and across the UK.
Brief
Art direct and design a bi-annual magazine which positions and reflects both the hotel’s distinct sophisticated values and the lifestyle of their loyal guests.
Solution
Showcased within the hotel environment, this magazine doesn’t need to fight for shelf presence. We created an understated masthead which when combined with a powerful cover image invited intrigue, reflecting the hotel’s approach to discreet luxury.
Expressive typography and colour provided each article with a distinct look and feel. Every edition included a curated photoshoot providing exclusive content for both print and digital platforms.
The editorial approach taken by our partners, If PR, captured the guest’s cultural lifestyles with content based around art, fashion, heritage, travel, food and craft. With a focus on craft, the high production values of each magazine were reflected in both print and paper delivering a highly sought after and collectable publication.
