FESPA is a global federation of 37 national associations for the screen printing, digital printing and textile printing community.
Brief
Create a campaign identity for FESPA Global Print Expo and European Sign Expo in Munich, Germany to increase visitors numbers and expand engagement.
Solution
The 2023 events were based around the theme of ‘New Perspectives’ – inviting printers and signmakers to come with open minds, looking at problems from different angles and challenging established perceptions to unlock commercial growth.
The event campaign was created based on different interpretations of a ‘P’ for print and ‘S’ for signage, relating to different processes and materials for print and signage. The campaign was teased in the build up to the event with the letter shapes and forms slowly being revealed to drive interest.
There were over 75 exhibitors on display at the events, which when compared with the 2022 Expo, represented a 40% increase in growth.
