Regatta Group is a family owned and family spirited Group brand made up of 4 distinct business brands – Regatta, Regatta Professional, Craghoppers and Dare 2B. Since 1954, the Group has built a global reach retailing internationally across 75 countries and employing a team of over 2000 with headquarters in Manchester and distribution across the UK, US and Europe.
Each brand within the Group has a unique customer base and product offering within the market, helping connect as many audiences as possible with the outdoors, ranging from leisure outdoor to workwear and camping.

Create a distinctive Group brand, bringing clarity for the first time to all product brands within the global business.
Solution
With its own visual expression and tone of voice reflecting the Group brand’s ecosystem the values, ethos and people were placed at the heart of the identity.
The symbol was designed as a ‘crest’ to signify both its passion as a truly global outdoor Group and its family values. Each vein of the leaf represents one of the core businesses (Regatta, Craghoppers and Dare 2B) and the two inverted R’s reflect the key family members who help drive the business forward. The vibrant green colour palette and contemporary typography create a distinctive expression, bringing clarity and cohesion, unifying all business brands.
The Group’s values of responsibility and sustainability are at the heart of the identity. This instantly recognisable and dynamic brand reflects its position as a modern, global, progressive producer of outdoor clothing for an international market.
