Brief
A rebrand to mark the second phase launch of The Verdean, a new development of studio, one and two-bedroom homes covering nearly six acres in Acton W3, with green spaces designed in partnership with Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
Solution
To re-engage and excite local agents, buyers and target the growing international market, we developed a brand campaign centered around ‘Here everything connects’, encompassing connecting to nature, connecting to London, connecting to the community and connecting with yourself.
The visual expression and art direction reinforced the notion that this place has the wellbeing benefits of open, natural space combined with connected Central London living, culminating in a commercially successful multi-channel campaign launch.
